GTViewer for Windows Version 15 Beta #5 is Available

GTViewer for Windows Version 15 Beta #5 is available for testing.

There is just a single fix in this update plus a few more API methods to bring GTViewer's interface closer to GTVx.

                view settings were not saved in a session.
